Remote Particle Counters

Remote Particle Counters

Remote particle counters are widely used in many industries and applications for monitoring particles in fixed locations. Examples include cleanrooms, biological safety cabinets, LAF cabinets, pharmaceutical isolators, hot cells, hospitals, compounding facilities and more. Our staff have over 34 years of experience supplying different brands, makes and models of remote particle counters and installing particle and or environmental monitoring systems (EMS) into facilities across Australasia.

Remote particle counters come in PUMP based versions and NON PUMP based versions, where an external vacuum system or source is required. Both versions are quite popular and are commonly used. At ACE Scientific Solutions, we can discuss your application and work out which type and model best meets your needs.

MET ONE 6000 SERIES PARTICLE COUNTERS

MET ONE 6000 series remote particle counters come in both 0.1CFM (2.83LPM) and 1.0CFM (28 LPM) versions. Many different models exist in this series reflecting the wide range of configuration choices customers have. The MET ONE 6000 series are modern, compact, rugged and reliable and are designed to operate continuously in facilities providing many years of trouble free operation. They are fully ISO 21501, ISO 14644, PIC’s PE 009 and GMP compliant.

  • Available in 0.1 CFM and 1.0 CFM flow rate models
  • 0.3um and 0.5um sensitivity options
  • An extensive range of communications options, including WI-FI
  • POE (power over Ethernet) models available
  • Long life laser diode technology for guaranteed long term continuous monitoring
  • Built-in multi-color display LED beacon
  • Optional removeable PG bracket, where the IP address / location ID stays in the bracket
  • Easy to integrate with BMS, EMS and any facility monitoring system
  • Optional relative humidity and temperature probe integrates RH/T data with particle count data in same data stream.

MET ONE 7000 SERIES PARTICLE COUNTERS

MET ONE 7000 series remote particle counters are available in both 0.1 CFM (2.83LPM) and 1.0 CFM (28 LPM) flow rate versions. Numerous models also exist reflecting the different communications options available. The 7000 series are state-of-the-art industrial / pharmaceutical grade continuous non-viable particle counters. Unlike some instruments on the market that claim to be totally sealed and or VHP compatible, the 7000 series was designed and built specifically for this purpose in GMP environments. They are fully ISO 21501 compliant, ISO 14644 compliant and they are designed for many years of continuous, reliable use in facilities. Just some of the key features include:

  • Stainless steel NEMA 4X wash-down resistant enclosure and VHP tolerant optics. This protects the 7000 series against accidental exposure to harsh and harmful chemicals that would otherwise contaminate or kill many-particle counters.
  • Available in 0.1 CFM and 1.0 CFM flow rate models
  • 0.3um and 0.5um sensitivity options
  • Built-in solenoid & isolation valve for protection of the optics (perfect for isolators & VHP decontamination)
  • Numerous communications options, including WI-FI
  • Long-life laser diode technology for guaranteed long term continuous monitoring
  • Built-in multi-color display LED beacon
  • Optional removable PG bracket, where the IP address/location ID stays in the bracket
  • Easy to integrate with BMS, EMS and any facility monitoring system
  • Optional relative humidity and temperature probe integrates RH/T data with particle count data in the same data stream
  • Built-in precision flow sensor
  • Pulse, Serial Modbus, Ethernet, Wireless and Analog options with POE available
  • Comes complete with installation kit, ISO probe, wall brackets and associated accessories

MET ONE 6000P SERIES PARTICLE COUNTERS

MET ONE 6000P series particle counters are state-of-the-art measurement instruments designed for continuous particle monitoring in facilities and controlled environments. Unlike other MET ONE models that require external vacuum, these units incorporate a built-in vacuum pump. 6000P series particle counters can easily and cost effectively be placed on cleanroom walls and or be fitted to biological safety cabinets, laminar air flow cabinets, pharmaceutical isolators, hot cells, filling machines and other equipment to ensure accurate and reliable particle measurements.

  • 1.0 CFM flow rate
  • Built-in vacuum pump
  • Long life laser diode technology for guaranteed long term continuous monitoring
  • Built-in multi-color display LED beacon
  • Optional removeable PG bracket, where the IP address / location ID stays in the bracket
  • Easy to integrate with BMS, EMS and any facility monitoring system
  • IP65 rated stainless steel enclosure that can be totally washed down
  • Built-in precision flow sensor
  • RS485, RS232, Ethernet & 4-20mA communications options

Custom Built Solutions

Particle counting is conducted in many different environments and fields. Equipment is required to be mounted in a wide variety of locations (on walls, in walls, under machinery, inside equipment, and so on. Sometimes your typical particle counter just won’t cut it and or is not fit for the purpose and this is where custom-built designs and solutions come into play. ACE Scientific Solutions working with our global partners can help companies find solutions when using traditional particle counters may not be the answer.
